Zubair Ghias

Zubair Ghias is the former owner of the Aigre Doux Restaurant, a high-quality Chicago-based fine dining establishment. He served as the restaurant’s co-owner and general manager from November of 2006 to July of 2009. Zubair Ghias was responsible for the oversight of a 200 seat dining establishment, and provided nearly three years of expert management and leadership to the well-known restaurant.
